Instructions for a Lacrosse Two Hand Wrap Check

This page provide details on how to throw an effective lacrosse two hand wrap check. This check allows a defender to knock a ball loose from an opponent who is trying to guard his stick with his body. There is also a one hand wrap check but younger players are usually called for slashing if they use a one-handed check.
